Do you really come to my home?+
Yes, that's the whole service. We work in your space, on your machine, with your tea. We cover all of London, with NW London (NW2) as our home base and our closest, fastest area.
Which areas of London do you cover?+
All of London: North, West, Central, East and South London. Our home base is NW London (NW2), so NW London is our closest and fastest area, and same-day visits are most likely there. For anywhere else we confirm the next available slot when you book.
What if you can't fix the problem?+
Then you don't pay for our time. We'll explain what's going on, recommend next steps (warranty claim, manufacturer specialist, etc.), and walk away. The 'no fix, no fee' promise covers diagnostic work; parts ordered with your approval are non-refundable.
How quickly can you come?+
Same-day visits are available where the diary allows, most often in NW London. Otherwise, next-day is usually the norm. Evenings and weekends are available. Saturdays book up fastest, so call ahead.
What about parts? Are you marking them up?+
We charge what we pay, plus a small handling fee on items we order in (typically 10%). Where you'd rather buy parts yourself, we'll send a shopping list with exact specs. Many customers do.
Do you handle business / office IT?+
Small offices, yes, up to about 10 seats. We don't do enterprise managed services, but we'll happily set up your network, machines, printers, and basic backup. For ongoing support, we offer monthly retainers.
