Getting to Willesden
Willesden is one of our shortest runs, straight down from our Neasden base toward Willesden Green and the High Road. Because we aren't crossing London to reach you, weekday and evening slots here are realistic, and we say so plainly if the diary is full.
Terraces, extensions and WiFi
Much of the area is Victorian and Edwardian terraces, and many have been extended at the back or into the loft. That matters for WiFi: a router that sits near the front door often struggles to reach a rear kitchen extension or a loft room. Before we suggest any new kit, we check where the router is and what stands between it and the room that drops out. Our guide to WiFi dead spots explains the usual causes.
Laptops and shop PCs
The other common calls are laptops that have slowed to a crawl, machines that won't start after an update, and PCs for small shops and businesses along the High Road. We can back up your files first where the drive still works, then repair or reinstall.
Prices and parts
Labour is quoted before we begin and parts are priced separately. If a part is needed we send you the details first, and you can order it yourself if you'd rather.
20% off labour until 31 December 2026. Parts extra, quoted before we start.

Common questions.
Do you cover Willesden Green as well as NW10?+
Yes. We cover NW10 and NW2, which between them take in Willesden High Road, Willesden Green and the streets toward Dollis Hill and Harlesden. If you're unsure about your postcode, message it to us and we will confirm.
Can you fix WiFi that doesn't reach my back extension?+
Often we can. We check the router position and what's in the way first, because a simple move or a settings change sometimes solves it. If it needs a mesh system or a cable run, we explain the options and quote the equipment before buying anything.
Do you visit shops on Willesden High Road?+
Yes. We repair shop PCs, tills, printers and WiFi on site. Tell us when you book if the shop needs to be working by a particular time, and we will plan the visit around that.
What will it cost?+
Labour is £60 an hour during our Halloween sale, which runs until 31 December 2026 (normally £75). Parts are quoted separately before we order anything.
