The service

We provide on-site computer, laptop, Mac, WiFi, printer and related support across all of London, with NW London (Neasden NW2) as our home base, Monday to Saturday 8am-8pm.

Quotes and the Halloween sale

Labour is quoted before work starts. Until 31 December 2026 advertised labour is 20% off; the pre-sale price remains visible. Parts are extra and only ordered with your approval. A small handling fee (typically 10%) applies when we order parts for you.

No fix, no fee

If we cannot complete the agreed repair you do not pay for our time. That promise covers diagnostic labour. Parts already ordered with your approval are not refundable.

Appointments

Bookings via the website, WhatsApp or phone (07766 760516) are requests until we confirm. Same-day visits depend on the diary and traffic.
