Planning around event days
Wembley is a short run from Neasden for us. The one thing that can slow it down is traffic on stadium and arena event days. When you book we check the day and, if roads will be difficult, suggest a different slot rather than leave you waiting.
Flats and WiFi
Around Wembley Park in particular there are lots of newer flats. These often have the broadband router tucked into a hallway cupboard, with a weak signal in the bedroom or the room you work in. A WiFi survey often fixes this more cheaply than replacing the router. Our WiFi setup page explains what the survey covers.
HA9 and HA0
We cover HA9 (including Wembley Park and the stadium area) and HA0 (including Alperton and Sudbury), with Wembley Central on the boundary between them. Housing varies from terraced streets to blocks of flats, so we look at each job as it is. Message us your postcode if you're near the edge of the area.
Everyday jobs
Typical Wembley calls: laptops that won't boot, printers that need reconnecting, slow desktops, and home-office setups that never quite worked. Labour is quoted first, and parts are priced separately.
20% off labour until 31 December 2026. Parts extra, quoted before we start.

Common questions.
Do you still visit on stadium event days?+
We try to. On big event days we check the roads when you book and may suggest an earlier time or the next morning, so you aren't waiting for someone stuck in traffic. Tell us your address area when you book and we will say honestly what's realistic.
Do you cover both HA9 and HA0?+
Yes. HA9 includes Wembley Park and the stadium area, and HA0 includes Alperton and Sudbury, with Wembley Central on the boundary between them. If you're close to the edge of those postcodes, send us yours and we will confirm before booking.
My WiFi is poor in the bedroom of my flat. Can you help?+
Usually, yes. We test the signal room by room, check where the router sits and what's in the way, and then recommend the cheapest fix that will work. That might be a router move, a mesh system or a cable, and we quote any equipment first.
How much is the Wembley visit rate?+
Labour is £60 an hour during our Halloween sale, which runs until 31 December 2026 (normally £75). Parts are quoted separately.
