Mixed households, several machines
NW11 homes often have a mix of devices: a Windows desktop in the study, school laptops, and an older iMac in the kitchen. We can look at more than one machine in a visit and quote as we go, so you aren't paying for several separate callouts.
Bigger houses and WiFi
Many homes here are large inter-war houses with several floors, and a single router rarely covers all of them. If the signal fades upstairs or in a garden room, a WiFi survey tells us whether moving the router, adding a mesh system or running a cable is the sensible fix. See our WiFi setup page for what we check.
Parking and timing
Parking on the busier roads can be tight, and we allow for that when we set the appointment time so the visit starts when we said it would.
Postcodes next door
If you're actually in NW3 or NW4, those postcodes are also on our list, so a visit still works. Windows 10 PCs are another common call at the moment; our guide explains what Windows 10 end of support means for you.

Common questions.
Do you cover Temple Fortune and Hampstead Garden Suburb?+
Yes, both are within NW11, which we cover. If your address sits close to a postcode boundary, send us the postcode when you book and we will confirm. We come to your home, so you don't need to bring anything in.
Can you repair both Macs and Windows PCs?+
Yes. We repair Windows PCs and out-of-warranty Macs, and set up new machines. If a Mac is still in warranty, Apple is usually the better first call, and we will tell you so rather than charge you.
I have three or four devices with problems. Can you do them in one visit?+
Yes, usually. We can work through several machines in a single visit and quote as we go. Tell us the makes and symptoms when you book so we can allow enough time.
How much does it cost in Golders Green?+
Labour is £60 an hour during our Halloween sale, which runs until 31 December 2026 (normally £75). Parts are quoted separately before we order.
