On our doorstep
Dollis Hill is right next to our Neasden base. Same-day visits are our default here when the diary is open, and evenings until 8pm Monday to Saturday are available.
Long houses, garden rooms
Many houses near the park are long and deep, and a router at the front doesn't reach the back. Garden offices and outbuildings are also common, and they're another place WiFi gives up. The fix might be as simple as moving the router, or a mesh system or cable run. Our WiFi dead spots guide shows what to try before paying anyone.
Laptops and printers
The other common jobs are laptops that won't charge or have a cracked screen, and printers that stopped working after an update. We diagnose on site and quote the labour first.

Common questions.
Do you cover the streets around Gladstone Park?+
Yes, they're in NW2, our home postcode area. If you're on the Willesden Green side, the Willesden page applies as well, and we cover both. Send your postcode when you book and we will confirm.
Can you get WiFi into my garden office?+
Usually. The right fix depends on the distance and what's in between. It might be a router move, a mesh system, or a network cable to an access point outside. We check first and quote any equipment before we order it.
Is Dollis Hill quicker for you than other areas?+
It's one of our closest areas, so there's very little travel built into the visit. If you call in the morning and the diary has room, same-day is often possible.
How much does it cost in Dollis Hill?+
Labour is £60 an hour during our Halloween sale, which runs until 31 December 2026 (normally £75). Parts are quoted separately before we buy anything.
