Planning around Brent Cross traffic
Hendon is a straight run up from the North Circular. Traffic around Brent Cross can be heavy, so we plan around it and give you a realistic arrival time rather than promising one we might miss.
More than one machine
Family homes and shared houses often have several laptops between them, and one visit can cover them all. We work through each, quote as we go, and tell you if something is better replaced than repaired. Our guide to repairing or replacing a laptop explains how we decide.
Old PCs and Windows 10
Many older machines in the area are still running Windows 10, and some can't upgrade to Windows 11. If that's you, we can check whether the PC qualifies and talk through the options. The details are in our Windows 10 end-of-support guide.
Neighbouring areas
Colindale and West Hendon are on the same side of the area. If you're not sure we reach you, message your postcode and we will say yes or no.
20% off labour until 31 December 2026. Parts extra, quoted before we start.

Common questions.
Do you cover Brent Cross as well as Hendon Central?+
Hendon Central and The Burroughs are in NW4, which we cover, and Brent Cross borders it. Send your postcode if you're unsure. Traffic at Brent Cross can affect arrival times, so we plan around it when we book and give you a realistic slot.
My old PC runs Windows 10. What are my options?+
It depends on whether the PC meets Windows 11's requirements. We can check, and if it doesn't, we can talk through the options, which might include extended updates, a hardware upgrade or a replacement. Our guide covers the choices in more detail.
Can you check several laptops in one visit?+
Yes. Tell us how many machines and what's wrong with each when you book, and we will allow enough time. We work through them in turn and quote as we go, so you can decide what's worth repairing.
How much does a Hendon visit cost?+
Labour is £60 an hour during our Halloween sale, which runs until 31 December 2026 (normally £75). Parts are quoted separately before we order anything.
