Family homes, school laptops
Kingsbury has a lot of family housing, and the calls we get reflect that: school laptops that have stopped working, a family PC that has slowed to a crawl, and a printer that nobody can connect to. Weekday evening slots run until 8pm, so you don't need to be home during the day.
Why one machine matters to the whole house
In a busy household the one family computer matters. We try to fix it on the day where we can, and we explain what went wrong in plain English, so it doesn't come back. If it's old enough that repair isn't worth it, we will say so; our guide on repairing or replacing a laptop explains how we decide.
Scams and pop-ups
Older relatives in particular get targeted by fake virus pop-ups and phone calls pretending to be Microsoft. If that has happened, read our guide to scam pop-ups, then get in touch and we will check the computer.
Kenton, Queensbury and beyond
Colindale is in NW9. Kenton and Queensbury are in London too, so we cover them as well. Message your postcode and we will confirm the next available slot.
20% off labour until 31 December 2026. Parts extra, quoted before we start.

Common questions.
Do you cover Colindale as well as Kingsbury?+
Yes. Colindale is in NW9, which we cover, along with Kingsbury and the streets toward Wembley Park. We also cover nearby places such as Kenton and Queensbury, and the rest of London. Message your postcode and we will confirm the next available slot.
My child's school laptop has stopped working. Can you look at it?+
Yes, we repair most laptops that aren't still under warranty. If it belongs to the school, check with them first, as they may have a repair arrangement. If it's yours, we diagnose it at home and quote before doing any work.
Can you come after school or work?+
Yes. Our hours are Monday to Saturday, 8am to 8pm, so late-afternoon and evening appointments are normal. Message early in the day to get the slot you want.
What will a Kingsbury visit cost?+
Labour is £60 an hour during our Halloween sale, which runs until 31 December 2026 (normally £75). Parts are priced separately and only ordered once you agree.
