Harlesden is a short run south from our Neasden base, not a special trip. We say honestly when we book if the day's diary makes it difficult.
Shops with flats above
Harlesden High Street has plenty of small shops, often with the owner's computer, till or printer on the premises. These are quick jobs when the problem is simple: a till PC that won't start, a printer that has lost its connection, or a router that nobody has touched for years. Family laptops and home setups

Labour is quoted before we start and parts are priced separately. If we can't fix it, you don't pay for our labour.

Common questions.
Do you cover Church End and Harlesden High Street?+
Yes. Both are in NW10, which we cover. If you're at the edge toward Kensal Green or Old Oak, send your postcode and we will tell you honestly whether the visit works.
Can you fix my shop's till PC before opening?+
Sometimes. It depends on the diary and what's wrong. Tell us when you book what time you need it working by, and we will either plan around that or say plainly if we can't. Evening and Saturday slots are an option as well.
I got a pop-up saying my computer was infected. What should I do?+
Don't call the number on the screen and don't click inside the message. Close the browser, then run a security scan. Our scam pop-up guide has the full steps. If you've already called or paid, contact your bank straight away, then ring us and we can check the computer.
How much do you charge in Harlesden?+
Labour is £60 an hour during our Halloween sale, which runs until 31 December 2026 (normally £75). Parts are quoted separately, and nothing is ordered without your say-so.
