Commuter laptops, evening slots
A lot of Kilburn calls are from people who work during the day, so we offer evening visits until 8pm Monday to Saturday. A laptop that failed the night before a deadline is a common one. We aim for the same evening when we can and the next morning when we can't.
Flats, mansion blocks and routers
Much of the area is flats, from converted houses to mansion blocks. When a flat changes broadband provider or router, printers and smart devices often disappear from the network. It looks like a printer fault but is usually a settings issue. Our printer and WiFi guide has the first things to try.
NW6 and W9
The High Road is roughly where NW6 meets W9, and the split makes no difference to us. We cover both. Give us your postcode when you book and we will confirm the visit.
If the machine is dying
If a laptop or hard drive is failing, we can often copy your files off before anything else. Our guide to getting files back from a dead laptop explains what to avoid doing in the meantime.

Common questions.
Do you cover both NW6 and W9 in Kilburn?+
Yes. We cover NW6 and the W9 edge toward Maida Vale. The High Road is roughly where one meets the other, and we treat both as one area. Message us your postcode if you're unsure and we will confirm.
Can you visit in the evening after work?+
Yes. We work Monday to Saturday until 8pm, so evening visits are normal. Evening and Saturday slots fill up first, so message us early in the day if you need a particular time.
My printer stopped working after I changed broadband. Is that something you can fix?+
Usually. Changing router or provider changes the network name and settings, and printers often can't find it again. We reconnect the printer to the new network and check that every computer and phone can print.
What does a Kilburn visit cost?+
Labour is £60 an hour during our Halloween sale, which runs until 31 December 2026 (normally £75). You get a quote before we begin, and parts are priced separately.
