A normal weekday stop
Queen's Park sits between our Kilburn and Willesden runs, so it's a regular stop for us rather than an outlier. We offer evening visits until 8pm Monday to Saturday for people who are out at work during the day.
Terraces, flats and new routers
The area has plenty of Victorian terraces and converted flats, where people change broadband provider fairly often. The usual result is a printer that has disappeared from the network, or a smart device that won't reconnect. It looks like a fault, but it's usually the new router's settings. We reconnect each device and check it works. Our printer and WiFi guide shows the first checks.
Laptop rescue
If a work laptop has died before a deadline, tell us when you book. We try to arrange the earliest slot we can, and back up your files first where the drive still works.
The W10 edge
Kensal Rise and the W10 side are close, and NW10 and W10 are both on our list. Message your postcode and we will confirm.

Common questions.
Do you cover Kensal Rise and W10?+
Usually, yes. NW6, NW10 and W10 are all on our list, and Kensal Rise sits across those postcodes. Message us your postcode and we will confirm before booking.
My printer vanished after my new router was installed. Can you fix it?+
Yes, this is one of our most common calls. A new router usually has a different network name or settings, so the printer can't find it. We reconnect the printer, check each computer and phone can print, and note the settings for you.
Can you visit in the evening?+
Yes. We work Monday to Saturday until 8pm, so evening visits are normal. Saturdays and evenings book up first, so ask early in the week if you need one.
How much does it cost in Queen's Park?+
Labour is £60 an hour during our Halloween sale, which runs until 31 December 2026 (normally £75). Parts are quoted separately and ordered only with your approval.
