Where we start from
Neasden is where we are based, so a call from NW2 usually involves the shortest journey on our whole map. Ring or WhatsApp in the morning and we can often be at your door the same day when the diary has a gap. When it hasn't, we give you a straight time for the next slot instead of a vague window.
What we usually fix here
The calls we get most often are the ordinary ones: a laptop that stopped charging, a desktop that takes ten minutes to start, a printer that dropped off the network after a broadband switch, and WiFi that fades out upstairs. A lot of the housing in NW2 is older, with solid internal walls, which is a common reason a router in the hallway doesn't reach the back bedroom.
Shops and small offices
Neasden also has small shops and trade units along the North Circular side and toward Staples Corner. If you run one, we can look at the till PC, the office printer and the router in a single visit. See our shop and office IT page for how that works.
How a visit works
We quote the labour before we start, price parts separately, and if we can't fix the problem you don't pay for our labour. Most visits take one to two hours.
20% off labour until 31 December 2026. Parts extra, quoted before we start.

Common questions.
Are you really based in Neasden?+
Yes. We are based in Neasden, NW2, which is why visits here need little travel time. We don't publish a street address because we come to you rather than receiving visitors.
Can you come the same day in Neasden?+
Often, yes. If you call or WhatsApp in the morning and the diary has a gap, we can usually get to you the same day. If not, we will offer the next available slot. We work Monday to Saturday, 8am to 8pm.
Do you work on business computers in Neasden as well as home ones?+
Yes. We look at shop and small-office PCs, tills, printers and WiFi as well as home computers. If you need regular help rather than a one-off, an IT care plan may suit you better.
How much does a visit cost?+
Labour is £60 an hour during our Halloween sale, which runs until 31 December 2026 (normally £75). You get a price before any work starts, and parts are quoted separately.
