Next door to us
Cricklewood is next to our Neasden base and we treat it as a normal local job. There's no long journey to build into the quote, and same-day visits are realistic on weekdays when the diary has a gap.
Flats on the Broadway, older houses off it
Around the Broadway you'll find flats above shops, and in the streets behind there are older houses with solid walls. Both are hard on WiFi, and both have laptops that haven't been cleaned inside for years. Dust-clogged fans and failing batteries are among the most common faults we find. Our guide on slow laptops has free checks to try first.
Small shops and trade units
Staples Corner and the nearby trade units mean plenty of small businesses are close by. We can look at the till or office PC, the printer and the router in one visit. See our shop and office IT page for the details.
Edges of the area
Childs Hill and West Hampstead are close. Send us your postcode and we will tell you honestly if the slot works.

Common questions.
Do you cover the Broadway and the streets behind the railway?+
Yes. Both fall within NW2, which is our home postcode area. If you're nearer Childs Hill or West Hampstead, message your postcode and we will confirm whether we can reach you.
Why is my laptop so slow and noisy?+
A noisy fan usually means dust is blocking the vents, which makes the laptop run hot and slow down. Free checks such as removing startup programs and freeing disk space can help, and our slow laptop guide lists them. If it is still hot and loud, we can clean it out on site.
Can you come the same day?+
Often, yes. Cricklewood is very close to our base, so if you ring in the morning and the diary has room, we can usually be with you the same day. Otherwise we will give you the next available slot.
What will a Cricklewood visit cost?+
Labour is £60 an hour during our Halloween sale, which runs until 31 December 2026 (normally £75). Parts are quoted separately and approved by you first.
