Who we are

What we collect

If you book or message us we receive your name, phone, email, postcode and a description of the fault, plus any notes you type. The contact form is delivered by Web3Forms to our business inbox.

The website can use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-94DH88J7DB) to see which pages are used. It is switched off by default: it only loads, and only sets its cookies (names starting _ga), if you click “Accept analytics” on the notice. If you click “No thanks”, nothing is loaded. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” in the footer. We store your choice in your browser’s local storage. We do not sell your details and we do not run advertising pixels on this site today.

Cookies

Apart from the optional analytics cookies above, this site does not set cookies of its own. The booking form sends your details to our inbox through Web3Forms, a form-delivery service.

How long we keep it

Booking emails are kept as long as needed to do the job and handle any follow-up (for example the 30-day virus-clean follow-up). You can ask us to delete an enquiry that did not become a job.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the information we hold, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing us. You can also complain to the ICO if you are unhappy with how a UK organisation handles personal data.
